The interface of Microsoft Outlook 2013 has inverse drastically from previous versions of the email client. Though there is no easy way to switch back to the classic Outlook layout and views, you can configure some of the new features to resemble the features in previous versions. For case, you can remove the first line of each message that now displays by default, leaving only discipline lines in your message listing. You can alter the bluish text in the subject lines back to black, and you can resize the subject line text closer to the size of other fonts in the message list.

2 Open Outlook

Open up Outlook, then click the "View" tab.

Click the "Smaller" option in the Font dialog box. Leave the Condition field empty.

16 Check the check box

17 Click once more to close the Conditional Formatting dialog box
