Every 10 Hours or Daily Checks

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the engine oil level is low, fill up in fresh oil.

Cheque the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. When manual/hydraulic oil is low, add recommended book.

Check engine air filters. Replace if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is likewise low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check engine idling, steering unit of measurement, parking restriction and service brakes. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended motor oil: SAE10W, SAE 10W-xxx or 10W-40, SAE20 or SAE30. API service classification CD, CE or CF. How much to cascade: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1503-MA-E) - 6.0 qts (5.7 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Make clean engine primary air filter element. Replace if required. Air filter function number - TA040-93230.

Clean engine secondary air filter element. Alter if required. Part number - TA040-93220.

Service engine fuel filter element. Alter if necessary. Part number - 15521-43160.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-ninety.

Every 200 hours

Replacing engine oil filter. Engine oil filter office number: HH164-32430. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Alter filter in hydraulic/manual system. Hydraulic filter part number: HHTA0-37710. When the filter chemical element is replaced, cheque the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. Add together oil if necessary.

Every 400 hours

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended oil type - Kubota Super UDT. How much is required: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - xi.1 gal (42 50). Bank check manual/hydraulic oil level after changing.

Supercede engine fuel filter. Fuel filter chemical element role number: 15521-43160. Check diesel fuel pump adjustment.

Front axle lubricant change. Forepart beam Oil: SAE 80W-ninety. Front axle chapters: half dozen.nine qts (half dozen.five 50).
